Workwear Returns

We want every TradewearPro order to be exactly right. If something needs to come back to us, here’s is how the process works. We handle returns for workwear, PPE, and trade clothing in the UK, ensuring a straightforward process for businesses and trade customers.

Workwear Returns in the UK

We provide a straightforward returns process for workwear and PPE in the UK, ensuring businesses can order with confidence. Whether you are purchasing hi-vis clothing, uniforms, or safety equipment, our returns policy is designed to be clear and reliable.

Workwear Standard Returns

You can return unused, unprocessed items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in resaleable condition and in their original packaging.

All returns must be authorised before you send anything back — email us first and we’ll handle everything on your behalf.

Please note that correctly supplied goods returned under the 14-day policy may be subject to a 10% handling charge, plus any applicable carriage costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item, please report it within 14 days of receipt — or within a reasonable period if the fault only becomes apparent later.

To be eligible for a credit or replacement, faulty items must not have been worn, printed, embroidered, or otherwise processed. Once authorised, we’ll arrange a credit or replacement at no extra cost to you.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Garments that have been printed, embroidered, worn, or otherwise customised
  • Formal shirts or similar items where the original packaging has been opened
  • Items where the courier’s delivery note was signed as complete despite a shortage — always check your parcel count before signing

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at returns@tradewearpro.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return
  • We handle the authorisation — we’ll liaise with our supplier on your behalf, usually within 1 working day
  • We’ll email you a returns note — including the authorised despatch address and instructions
  • Package items securely and send using the instructions provided, quoting your authorisation reference clearly on the parcel
  • Refund or credit processed within 5 working days of receipt and inspection
